1. DRAIN ENGINE COOLANT Service and Repair

2. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER ASSEMBLY

Removal

3. REMOVE UPPER RADIATOR SUPPORT ABSORBER

4. REMOVE BATTERY Removal

5. REMOVE AIR CLEANER AND HOSE Removal

6. REMOVE AIR CLEANER FILTER ELEMENT SUB-ASSEMBLY Removal

7. DISCONNECT RADIATOR RESERVOIR TANK HOSE Removal

8. DISCONNECT NO. 3 RADIATOR HOSE Removal

9. DISCONNECT NO. 2 RADIATOR HOSE Removal

10. SEPARATE HOOD LOCK CONTROL CABLE ASSEMBLY Removal

11. REMOVE UPPER RADIATOR SUPPORT SUB-ASSEMBLY Removal

12. REMOVE FAN SHROUD Removal

13. REMOVE COOLING FAN MOTOR INSULATOR

(a) Remove the bolt and the cooling fan motor insulator.





14. REMOVE FAN

(a) Remove the nut and the fan.





15. REMOVE COOLING FAN MOTOR

(a) Remove the 3 screws and the cooling fan motor.
