1. DISCHARGE REFRIGERANT FROM REFRIGERATION SYSTEM Service and Repair

2. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER COVER Removal

3. REMOVE HEAD LIGHT ASSEMBLY LH Removal

4. REMOVE HEAD LIGHT ASSEMBLY RH

Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

5. DRAIN ENGINE COOLANT Service and Repair

6. REMOVE BATTERY Removal

7. REMOVE NO. 2 BATTERY CARRIER Removal

8. SEPARATE NO. 1 WATER HOSE CLAMP BRACKET Removal

9. SEPARATE HOOD LOCK CONTROL CABLE ASSEMBLY Removal

10. REMOVE HOOD LOCK SUPPORT SUB-ASSEMBLY Removal

11. DISCONNECT INLET RADIATOR HOSE Removal

12. DISCONNECT OUTLET RADIATOR HOSE Removal

13. REMOVE RADIATOR SUPPORT CUSHION Removal

14. REMOVE NO. 2 FAN SHROUD Removal

15. DISCONNECT DISCHARGE HOSE SUB-ASSEMBLY Removal

16. DISCONNECT AIR CONDITIONING TUBE AND ACCESSORY ASSEMBLY Removal

17. REMOVE CONDENSER Removal

18. DISCONNECT NO. 1 WATER BY-PASS HOSE Removal

19. REMOVE RADIATOR ASSEMBLY (for Automatic Transaxle) Removal

20. REMOVE RADIATOR ASSEMBLY (for Manual Transaxle) Removal

21. REMOVE LOWER RADIATOR SUPPORT Removal

22. REMOVE FAN SHROUD Removal

23. REMOVE NO. 2 FAN

(a) Remove the nut and the No. 2 fan.

24. REMOVE FAN

(a) Remove the nut and the fan.

25. REMOVE NO. 2 COOLING FAN MOTOR

(a) Disengage the wire harness clamp.

(b) Remove the 3 screws and the No. 2 cooling fan motor.

26. REMOVE COOLING FAN MOTOR

(a) Remove the hose clamp from the fan shroud.

(b) Disengage the wire harness clamp.
