Reassembly

U241E AUTOMATIC TRANSAXLE: VALVE BODY ASSEMBLY: REASSEMBLY

1. INSTALL SHIFT SOLENOID VALVE S4

(a) Coat the shift solenoid valve S4 with ATF, and install it into the transmission valve body assembly with the bolt.





Torque : 11 Nm (110 kgf-cm, 8 ft-lbf)

2. INSTALL SHIFT SOLENOID VALVE DSL

(a) Coat the shift solenoid valve DSL with ATF, and install it into the transmission valve body assembly with the bolt.





Torque : 11 Nm (110 kgf-cm, 8 ft-lbf)

3. INSTALL SHIFT SOLENOID VALVE SLT

(a) Coat the shift solenoid valve SLT with ATF, and install it into the transmission valve body assembly.





(b) Install the No. 3 solenoid lock plate onto the transmission valve body assembly.

Torque : 6.6 Nm (67 kgf-cm, 58 in-lbf)

4. INSTALL SHIFT SOLENOID VALVE SL2

(a) Coat the shift solenoid valve SL2 with ATF, and install it into the transmission valve body assembly.





(b) Install the No. 2 solenoid lock plate onto the transmission valve body assembly.

Torque : 11 Nm (110 kgf-cm, 8 ft-lbf)

5. INSTALL SHIFT SOLENOID VALVE SL1

(a) Coat the shift solenoid valve SL1 with ATF, and install it into the transmission valve body assembly.





(b) Install the No. 1 solenoid lock plate onto the transmission valve body assembly.

Torque : 6.6 Nm (67 kgf-cm, 58 in-lbf)

6. INSTALL MANUAL VALVE

(a) Coat the manual valve with ATF, and install it into the transmission valve body assembly.
