Seat Belt Reminder Buzzer: Testing and Inspection

SEAT BELT WARNING LIGHT/BUZZER INSPECTION




When warning light/buzzer fails to make lighting/sounding, use circuit diagram as reference to check bulb, buzzer, wiring, etc.

INSPECTION OF WARNING CONTROLLER
Connect negative (-) terminal of battery to terminals (15) and (17) of controller and positive (+) terminal of battery to terminals (16) and (20) of controller and check that buzzer emits buzzing sound for 4 to 8 seconds Also, it should operate likewise when terminals are disconnected and reconnected. If check result is not satisfactory, replace.
