PARK ASSIST / MONITORING: REAR VIEW MONITOR SYSTEM (w/ Navigation System): HOW TO PROCEED WITH TROUBLESHOOTING

Use the following procedure to troubleshoot the rear view monitor system.

1. VEHICLE BROUGHT TO WORKSHOP

2. INSPECT BATTERY VOLTAGE

(a) Measure the battery voltage.

Standard voltage:

11 to 14 V

If the voltage is below 11 V, replace or recharge the battery before proceeding to the next step.

(a) Refer to DTC Check/Clear of the navigation system Reading and Clearing Diagnostic Trouble Codes.
