TITLE AL ENGINE OIL PAN GASKET AND STRAINER MODIFICATIONS
For parts standardization, the following parts have been modified as shown below.
1. Engine Oil Pan Gasket
The engine oil pan gasket has been changed in material from a solid rubber type to a liquid gasket type sealant. Due to this change, several related parts have been modified slightly in shape.
The oil pan attaching bolts and nuts have been changed as follows:
Previous: Seventeen 15 mm long bolts and four nuts circled in the left-hand illustration were used.
New: Nineteen 14 mm long bolts and two nuts circled in the right-hand illustration are used.
2. Oil Strainer
The oil strainer has been modified slightly in shape.
