TITLE AERODYNAMIC HEADLAMP ASSEMBLY AIMING

The aerodynamic headlamps now used on most Toyota vehicles require an adapter to properly adjust the headlamps.




The Hopkins Manufacturing Company has available a universal adapter that will properly aim these headlamps along with the B4A Headlamp Aimer. The Hopkins Universal Adapter Kit is available as Hopkins Part Number 0203.

These adapters MUST be preset for the vehicle model before adjusting the headlamp aim. Preset the adapters using the following settings, then check the headlamp aim in the normal manner.

NOTE: The outer (horizontal) and upper (vertical) preset numbers are embossed on the face of each headlamp lens either adjacent to the alignment studs or in the lower corner of the lens.
