Warranty - Clarification of (PDS) Claim Information

SUBJECT: PRE-DELIVERY SERVICE CLAIM PAYMENT INFORMATION
In response to requests from dealers regarding clarification of Pre-Delivery Service (PDS) claim payment information, attached is a copy of Section 2A (Settled Claims) of the Warranty Activity (10206) Report. Toyota would like to remind dealer's of the following:
^ Pre-Delivery Service claims are clearly identified with the letter "P" to the left of the claim number.
^ A separate subtotal amount (Total PDS Amount) is given for Pre-Delivery Service claims.
