Stock Number Selection (Cmd/F-10):

If you want to display the vehicle inventory in stock number sequence, press Cmd/F- 10. All vehicles that have not had a predelivery claim are displayed. Select one or more of the vehicles by keying an "X" next to the stock number(s) and pressing the Enter key.
When you return to the Entry screen after stock number selection, the vehicles you marked with an "X" will be displayed on the screen. The Repair Date defaults to the current date and Repair Mileage defaults to 10. Both fields can be changed. You must enter a Repair Number next to each vehicle. Press Enter after entering the necessary information.

Once this data is transmitted to the host, a predelivery claim is automatically generated for each vehicle. A Predelivery Claim Confirmation Report is sent back to the dealer. The Warranty Department at Toyota will process the claims and the dealership will be credited for the appropriate amount.
