1995 AVALON MUDGUARD INSTALLATION

Front and rear mudguards are now available for installation on the 1995 Avalon. Thoroughly clean all attachment areas, inspect accessory kit contents bef9re installation, and follow the installation procedure below.

RECOMMENDED TOOLS/MATERIALS:

^ Phillips screw driver or square ratchet with phillips tip
^ 50/50 isopropyl alcohol and water mix
^ Clean lint free cloth

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE:

NOTE:
All grommets are already installed on the vehicle and can be reused if undamaged.

Front Mudguards

Figure 1:

1. Remove existing screws at points (1) and (2) from vehicle and discard (see Figure 1).

Figure 2:

2. Remove existing screw at point "A" from vehicle. Retain vehicle screw for re-use (see Figure 2).

3. Clean mudguard mounting area.
4. Position front mudguard on vehicle.
5. Secure front mudguard at point "A" to vehicle by reusing existing vehicle screw (see Figure 2).

6. Secure front mudguard at point (1) and (2) to vehicle using screws (w/o washer) from kit (see Figure 3).

7. Wipe and clean mudguard.

8. Repeat front mudguard installation steps for other side.

REAR MUDGUARDS

1. Clean mudguard mounting area.
2. Position rear mudguard on vehicle.

3. Secure rear mudguard at point (3) and (4) to vehicle using screws (w/washer) from kit (see Figure 4).

Figure 5:

4. Secure rear mudguard at point "B" to vehicle by using clip from kit (see Figure 5).

5. Wipe and clean mudguard.
6. Repeat rear mudguard installation steps for other side.
