Brake Pedal Assy: Adjustments

1. Loosen stop light switch, then the clevis locknut.

Pedal Height Adjustment:

2. Adjust pedal height by turning pushrod.

Stop Light Switch Adjustment:

3. Tighten locknut and adjust stop light switch .02-.09 inch from pedal stopper.

4. Depress pedal several times to relieve vacuum.

Pedal Freeplay Adjustment:

5. Push pedal until beginning of resistance is felt. Adjust freeplay by turning pushrod, if necessary.
