Seat Temperature Switch: Testing and Inspection

SEAT HEATER SWITCH INSPECTION










1. INSPECT SWITCH CONTINUITY
If continuity is not as specified, replace the switch or bulb







2. INSPECT SWITCH INDICATOR
a. Connect the positive (+) lead form the battery to terminal 5 and the negative (-) lead to terminal 3.
b. Push the switches, check that the indicator lights up.
If operation is not as specified, replace the switch and inspect the circuits connected to other parts.
