Disconnecting the battery terminal cables or EFI fuse will erase diagnostic trouble codes in memory.

NOTICE: Disconnecting the battery will erase all memory functions throughout the vehicle, adaptive fuel and transmission strategies, radio and clock memories, ect. Care should be taken when clearing codes using this procedure.
