Introduction
Production countermeasures have been implemented to improve the durability of the exterior rear view mirror on TMMK produced Camry and Avalon vehicles.
Production Change Information
NOTE:
The timing of the production change is determined by color.
Repair Procedure
Replace the exterior rear view mirror assembly as illustrated in the Camry Repair Manual (Page B0-11) or the Avalon Repair Manual (Page B0-8).
Warranty Information
Applicable Warranty*:
This repair is covered under the Toyota Basic Warranty. This warranty is in effect for 36 months or 36,000 miles, whichever occurs first, from the vehicle's in-service date.
* Warranty application is limited to correction of a problem based upon a customer's complaint.
