Blower Motor Linear Controller (Auto A/C)
BLOWER MOTOR LINEAR CONTROLLER (Auto A/C) INSPECTION1. REMOVE FRONT DOOR SCUFF PLATE LH
2. REMOVE COWL SIDE TRIM LH
3. REMOVE LOWER FINISH PANEL
4. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH LOWER LH PANEL
5. REMOVE BLOWER MOTOR LINEAR CONTROLLER
a. Disconnect the connector.
b. Remove the 2 screws and controller.
6. INSPECT BLOWER MOTOR LINEAR CONTROLLER CIRCUIT
Connect the connector to the controller and inspect the wire harness side connector from the back side, as shown in the chart.
Test conditions:
- Turn ignition switch to ON
- Operate blower motor
If the circuit is as specified, try to replace the controller with a new one.
If the circuit is not as specified, inspect the circuits connected to other parts.
7. INSTALL BLOWER MOTOR LINEAR CONTROLLER
a. Install the blower motor linear controller with the 2 screws.
b. Connect the connector.
8. INSTALL INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH LOWER LH
9. INSTALL LOWER FINISH PANEL
10. INSTALL COWL SIDE TRIM LH
11. INSTALL FRONT DOOR SCUFF PLATE LH
