Blower Motor Resistor: Testing and Inspection

1. INSPECT BLOWER RESISTOR RESISTANCE
Measure resistance between terminals as shown in the chart.
If resistance is not as specified, replace the blower resistor.




2. INSPECT BLOWER RESISTOR
Measure resistance between terminals 2 and 4.
Standard resistance: 1.8 - 2.2 ohm
If resistance is not as specified, replace the blower resistor.
