To eliminate a 'thump' type noise from the Front Suspension Support on rough (washboard) road surfaces, the shape of the rubber bushing for the suspension support has been changed. This Technical Service Bulletin is directed towards 1997 ~ 1999 Model Year Avalon and 1997 ~ 2000 Camry.
