Key Reminder Switch: Description and Operation

SYSTEM OUTLINE

1. SEAT BELT WARNING SYSTEM
When the driver has not fastened the seat belt while the ignition SW is ON, the driver seat belt warning light blinks, and a warning buzzer comes on.
Also, in the front passenger seat, a sensor recognizes a passenger, and when the passenger has not fastened the seat belt, the front passenger seat belt warning light blinks.

2. KEY REMINDER SYSTEM
When the ignition key is remaining in the key cylinder with the ignition SW at ACC of OFF position (Unlock warning SW ON), and the driver's door is opened, a buzzer comes on, and reminds the driver that the ignition key is in the key cylinder.
