DIAGNOSTIC TROUBLE CODE CHART

HINT: If a DTC is displayed during the DTC check, check the circuit indicated by the DTC. For details of each code, refer to the respective DTC No. in the DTC chart.

C0200/31 - C1235/35:

C1236/36 - U0124/95:

*1, *2: Even after the trouble areas are repaired, the ABS warning light will not go off unless the following operations are performed.

- *1:
1. Drive the vehicle at 12 mph (20 km/h) for 30 seconds or more and check that the ABS warning light goes off.
2. Clear the DTC.

- *2:
1. Keep the vehicle in the stationary condition for 5 seconds or more and depress the brake pedal lightly 2 or 3 times.
2. Drive the vehicle at the vehicle speed of 31 mph (50 km/h) and keep depressing the brake pedal strongly for approximately 3 seconds.
3. Repeat the above operation 3 times or more and check that the ABS warning light goes off.
4. Clear the DTC.

HINT: In some cases, the hand-held tester cannot be used when the ABS warning light remains on.
