Auxiliary Power Outlet: Service and Repair

POWER OUTLET SOCKET ASSEMBLY

REPLACEMENT

HINT: Installation is in the reverse order of removal.

1. REMOVE CONSOLE BOX ASSEMBLY




2. REMOVE POWER OUTLET SOCKET ASSEMBLY (FR POSITION)
a. Disengage the claw and remove the power outlet socket assembly as shown in the illustration.




b. Disengage the 2 claws and remove the power outlet socket cover as shown in the illustration.




3. POWER OUTLET SOCKET ASSEMBLY (RR POSITION)
a. Disengage the claw in the direction indicated by the arrow.




b. Release the stopper.
c. Turn in the direction indicated by the arrow and push the power outlet socket assembly.




d. Align the protrusion on the power outlet socket assembly and the recess on the power point socket cover.




e. Release the stopper.
f. Remove the power outlet socket assembly as shown in the illustration.
