INTRODUCTION:
Some customers may experience a condition where the front door glass will not roll up. This condition may be the result of a bent window regulator arm possibly caused by the detachment of the door glass from the glass guide. The following procedure describes the repair method to correct this condition.

APPLICABLE VEHICLES:
- 2005 - 2007 model year Avalon (all grade levels) vehicles produced BEFORE the Production Change Effective VINs shown below.

NOTE:
The window regulator and the frame sub-assembly should be replaced as a set.








WARRANTY INFORMATION:

REPAIR PROCEDURE:
If the door glass does not roll up properly or the door glass guide (frame, sub-assembly) or window regulator (regulator sub-assembly) is bent, replace both the door glass guide and window regulator.
