On-Vehicle Inspection
ON-VEHICLE INSPECTION1. INSPECT TURN SIGNAL FLASHER ASSEMBLY
a. Disconnect the connector from the turn signal flasher.
b. Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table.
c. Connect the connector to turn on the signal flasher and turn the ignition switch on (IG). Inspect the wire harness side connector from the back according to the conditions listed in the table.
2. INSPECT AUTOMATIC LIGHT CONTROL SENSOR
a. Measure the continuity, waveform and voltage according to the value(s) in the table.
NOTE: With connector connected, perform inspection from the backside of the connector.
3. INSPECT REAR COMBINATION LIGHT ASSEMBLY LH
a. Connect the (+) lead from the voltmeter to terminal 1 and the (-) lead from the voltmeter to terminal 4.
b. Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table.
4. INSPECT REAR COMBINATION LIGHT ASSEMBLY RH
a. Connect the (+) lead from the voltmeter to terminal 1 and the (-) lead from the voltmeter to terminal 4.
b. Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table.
5. INSPECT REAR LIGHT ASSEMBLY LH
a. Connect the (+) lead from the voltmeter to terminal 1 and the (-) lead from the voltmeter to terminal 2.
b. Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table.
6. INSPECT REAR LIGHT ASSEMBLY RH
a. Connect the (+) lead from the voltmeter to terminal 1 and the (-) lead from the voltmeter to terminal 2.
b. Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table.
7. INSPECT CENTER STOP LIGHT ASSEMBLY
a. Connect the (+) lead from the voltmeter to terminal 1 and the (-) lead from the voltmeter to terminal 2.
b. Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table.
