LIGHTING (EXT): HEADLIGHT ASSEMBLY: REASSEMBLY

REASSEMBLY

1. INSTALL LIGHT CONTROL ECU (for HID Headlight)

(a) Engage the grommet and claw, and install the headlight cord.
(b) Install a new headlight housing packing.

(d) Install the light control ECU with the 4 screws.
(e) Install a new headlight leveling motor base packing.

(f) Insert the headlight leveling motor in the direction indicated by the arrow (1) shown in the illustration.
(g) Turn the aiming screw of the headlight leveling motor in the direction indicated by the arrow (2) shown in the illustration to engage the shaft.

(h) Turn the headlight leveling motor in the direction indicated by the arrow (3) shown in the illustration.
(i) Turn the aiming screw of the headlight leveling motor in the direction indicated by the arrow (4) shown in the illustration to install it.
2. INSTALL FRONT TURN SIGNAL LIGHT BULB
(a) Install the front turn signal light bulb to the front turn signal light socket.

(b) Turn the front turn signal light bulb and front turn signal light socket in the direction indicated by the arrow shown in the illustration to install them as a unit.
3. INSTALL FRONT SIDE MARKER LIGHT BULB
(a) Install the front side marker light bulb to the front side marker light socket.

(b) Turn the front side marker light bulb and front side marker light socket in the direction indicated by the arrow shown in the illustration to install them as a unit.
4. INSTALL NO. 1 HEADLIGHT BULB

(a) Turn the No. 1 headlight bulb in the direction indicated by the arrow shown in the illustration to install it.
NOTICE: Do not touch the bulb glass.

5. INSTALL NO. 2 HEADLIGHT BULB (for Halogen Headlight)

(a) Turn the No. 2 headlight bulb in the direction indicated by the arrow shown in the illustration to install it.
NOTICE: Do not touch the bulb glass.

6. INSTALL DISCHARGE HEADLIGHT BULB (for HID Headlight)

(a) Lock the set spring shown in the illustration to install the discharge headlight bulb.
NOTICE: Do not touch the bulb glass.

(b) Turn the light control ECU socket in the direction indicated by the arrow shown in the illustration to connect it.
7. INSTALL HEADLIGHT GASKET (for HID Headlight)
(a) Install a new headlight gasket.
8. INSTALL NO. 1 HEADLIGHT BACK COVER (for HID Headlight)

(a) Engage the 2 guides.
(b) Lock the set spring to install the No. 1 headlight back cover as shown in the illustration.
