2GR-FE ENGINE CONTROL: IGNITION COIL AND SPARK PLUG: INSTALLATION

INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL SPARK PLUG





(a) Install the 6 spark plugs.
Torque: 18 Nm (184 kgf-cm, 13ft-lbf)
2. INSTALL IGNITION COIL ASSEMBLY





(a) Install the 6 ignition coils with the 6 bolts.
Torque: 10 Nm (102 kgf-cm, 7ft-lbf)





(b) Connect the 6 ignition coil connectors.





(c) Connect the 3 wire harness clamps.
3. INSTALL NO. 1 SURGE TANK STAY Installation
4. INSTALL INTAKE AIR SURGE TANK ASSEMBLY Installation
5. INSTALL AIR CLEANER CAP WITH HOSE Installation
6. ADD ENGINE COOLANT Service and Repair
7. INSPECT FOR ENGINE COOLANT LEAK Testing and Inspection
8. INSTALL V-BANK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY Installation
9. INSTALL COOL AIR INTAKE DUCT SEAL Installation
10. INSTALL COWL TOP PANEL OUTER SUB-ASSEMBLY Installation
11. INSTALL WINDSHIELD WIPER MOTOR AND LINK ASSEMBLY
(a) Install the windshield wiper motor and link assembly Installation.
12. INSTALL NO. 2 ENGINE UNDER COVER
13. INSTALL NO. 1 ENGINE UNDER COVER
