Condition

Beginning 8/95, OBDII vehicles were produced with a Leak Detection Pump (LDP). The LDP was installed but not activated.

As of 10/95 VIN 1H_033489 the LDP is no longer installed.

Note:
It is important to note the following on vehicles where the LDP is installed:

^ DO NOT attempt to activate the LDP.

^ DO NOT change the coding of the ECM in an attempt to activate the LDP system.
