Erase DTC Memory (function 05)

Note: All functions which could previously be performed with V.A.G. 1551 can also be performed with the tester VAS 5051.

Requirements
^ DTC memory has been checked
^ Press (arrow) button.





Indicated on display
^ Press buttons -0- and -5- to select "Erase DTC Memory" function 05.





Indicated on display
^ Press -Q- button to confirm input.





Indicated on display
^ DTC Memory is erased DTC memory is now erased.
^ Press (arrow) button.

^ Adhere exactly to the test sequence: first check DTC memory, and if necessary, repair malfunctions, then erase DTC memory.
