Cooling System Components Assembly Overview, Body Side






1. Radiator
- With drain plug.
- After replacing, replace entire amount of coolant.
- With ATF cooler on vehicles with automatic transmission.

2. 10 Nm.

3. Transmission oil line.

4. To coolant pump -V36-.

5. Left coolant line.
- On left longitudinal member.

6. Transmission oil line.

7. Coolant hose.
- Ensure seated tightly.

8. Non-return valve.
- Note installation position.

9. Coolant hose.
- Ensure seated tightly.

10. Securing Rubber.

11. Securing Pin.

12. Bracket.
- For air conditioning compressor.

13. 10 Nm.

14. Air deflector plate.

15. Upper coolant hose.
- To thermostat housing.
- Secured to radiator and coolant regulator housing with retaining clip.
- Ensure seated properly

16. Retaining clip.
- Check for secure seat.

17. Engine coolant temperature (ECT) sensor (on radiator) -G83-
- If necessary release pressure in cooling system before removing.

18. Lower coolant hose.
- To upper coolant hose.
- Secured to radiator with retaining clip.
- Ensure seated properly.

19. Rubber bushing.
