^ Check if seated securely
7- 10 Nm
8- To bottom of expansion tank
9- To top of radiator
10- O-ring
^ Replace
11- Connecting unions
12- To bottom of radiator
13- Oil cooler
14- 15 Nm
15- Coolant thermostat
^ Checking: Heat up thermostat in water
^ Starts to open at approximately 86°C
^ Opening stroke minimum 7 mm
16- Toothed belt
^ Mark direction of rotation before removing
^ Check for wear
^ Do not kink
17- Coolant pump
18- Rear toothed belt guard
19- 20 Nm
20- Throttle valve control module
21- To top of expansion tank Coolant hose connection diagram
22- O-ring
^ Replace if damaged
