NOTE:
- Hose connections are secured with either spring-type or clamp-type clips.
- - Always replace clamp-type clips with spring-type clips.
- Fuel hoses in engine compartment must be secured only with spring-type clips. The use of clamp or screw-type clips is not permissible.

Special tools, testers and auxiliary items required
- The fuel extraction unit VAS 5091 or an equivalent is recommended to empty the fuel tank.







- To install spring-type clips spring type clip pliers VAS 5024 A or hose clamp pliers VA.G 1921 are recommended.
