Service

1. Record the satellite module 12 digit ESN number (located on the satellite module label).

2. With the vehicle running, radio ON and Sirius� band selected, position vehicle in clear view of sky with no restrictions (buildings, bridges, etc.).

3. U.S. Dealers phone Sirius(R) dealer support at 1-888-465-8528 / Canadian Dealers phone Canadian Sirius(R) Activation Support, Martin Vu 1-416-513-7466 or Mark Morais 1-416-513-7467.

4. Select prompt number 4 (for other questions).

5. Request an activation signal and the operator will activate the account using a special procedure.
