Horn: Service and Repair

Horns

The High Tone Horn (H2)/Low Tone Horn (H7) are activated in parallel by the vehicle electrical system control module (J519).

The High Tone Horn (H2)/Low Tone Horn (H7) are installed on the left and right near the longmembers.

The High Tone Horn (H2)/Low Tone Horn (H7) are removed and installed the same way.

CAUTION!
• Turn off the ignition and all electrical consumers.

• Remove ignition key.

Removing

- Turn off the ignition and all electrical consumers.

- Remove front part of wheel housing liner.

- Disconnect electrical connection - arrow -.





- Remove the mounting bolt - arrow - and remove the horn.





Installing

Install in reverse order of removal.
