For timing specifications see emission sticker or "SPECIFICATIONS".
1. Engine must be at operating temperature and air conditioner off
2. Loosen adjustment bolt at distributor
3. Adjust timing to specification at 900 RPM, by turning distributor
4. Tighten adjustment bolt at distributor
5. Recheck timing Fig. 89.
6. Set idle speed to specification
