A. Inspection of Fuses, Ground Connections and Connectors

A1 Grounds





- Check that ground connections on intake manifold are secure.
Poor connections can cause a variety of fault symptoms.

A2 Fuses





- Make sure that fuses for fuel pump and tank pump are intact.
Fuses 1 & 11.

A3 Connectors

- Check connectors for: air mass meter, idle valve, knock sensor and coolant temp. sensor
Make sure that all connectors are correctly connected and secure.

A4 Connectors Interchanged





- Make sure that connectors for knock sensor and coolant temp. sensor have not been interchanged
Knock sensor = black cover.
Coolant temp. sensor = blue cover.
