Checking Control Module Grounding [EA6]

Checking Control Module Grounding To Control Module Casing





- Ignition off.

- Disconnect test box and adapter from connector to car cabling. Test box and adapter must only be connected to control module.

Connect an ohmmeter between control module casing and #1 on test box.

Ohmmeter should read infinite resistance.

If reading is OK:
- Check wheel bearing EA7. Checking Wheel Bearing [EA7]

If reading is incorrect:
- Try another control module as per ND. Control module, replacement. Service and Repair

- Now go to 'Checking wheel bearing' EA7. Checking Wheel Bearing [EA7]
