Check Control Module [EG8]

Check Control Module
- Ignition off.
- Replace connector, control module etc.
- Ignition on.





- Erase any DTCs.
- Quit DTM by switching off ignition.

NOTE: Before test driving, switch ignition off to quit DTM. If car speed exceeds 10 km/h (6 mph) while diagnostics are on, the control module will cut the ABS system out.





- Test drive car as per FB. Test drive. Test Driving [FB]

If DTC does not reoccur:
- DTC was due to poor contact in control module connector. Check control module and hydraulic unit connector C/ED for contact resistance and oxidation as per HA6. Contact Resistance and Oxidation [HA6]

If DTC reoccurs:
- Check control module is working properly EG9. Checking Control Module Is Working Properly [EG9]
