Air Bag or Seat Belt Assembly Disposal

In the event an air bag assembly or seat belt tensioner must be disposed of, it is recommended that the unit be triggered without removing the system from the vehicle. Adequate eye and ear protection should be worn at all times when conducting the following procedures.
