Headlamp: Service and Repair

- Disconnect battery ground lead.
- Remove grille.
- Separate turn signal cluster from headlight (see illustration) by releasing the catch between the two holders.
- Remove holders and bulbs and place in engine compartment.
- Remove connections to headlight housing and wiper motor.
- Remove the four screws holding headlight housing (see Illustration).
- Disconnect water hose at check-valve.
- Remove headlight.
