Checking Signal From Wheel Sensor

- Ignition off.
- Connect test box and check ground points as per JA Connecting test box. Connecting Test Box [JA]
- Disconnect control module.
- Jack car up so wheel concerned is free to rotate.

Connect a voltmeter across test box:
#27 and #45 (DTC 1-2-4, 2-1-4, 2-2-4, 3-2-4)
#28 and #46 (DTC 1-2-3, 2-1-3, 2-2-3, 3-2-3)

Turn wheel concerned at about 1 turn/s (48 Hz). Voltmeter reading should be over 105 mV AC when wheel is turning at 1 turn/s.

If value is OK:
- Check control module grounding to control module casing EA6. Checking Control Module Grounding [EA6]

If value is incorrect:
- Check resistance in wheel sensor circuit EA3. Checking Resistance In Wheel Sensor Circuit [EA3]
