Checking Combination Relay [EL17]

Checking Combination Relay





- Ignition off.
- Disconnect combination relay 4 and 15-pin connectors.





Connect an ohmmeter between combination relay 15-pin connector:

- Terminal 7 and terminal 4 on 4-pin connector and
- Terminal 8 and terminal 2 on 4-pin connector.

Ohmmeter should read approx. 0 Ohms both times.

If reading is OK:
- Check signal from rotation sensor EL22. Checking Signal From Rotation Sensor [EL22]

If reading is incorrect:
- Try another combination relay.
