Heating and Air Conditioning: Adjustments

Air-Mix Damper (Flap), ECC & MCC





Remove dashboard cover (See Dashboard in Body and Frame, Interior Trim.)
Adjust Airmix damper
- Release catch on pull rod.
- Set control to closed. Move pull rod forwards (completely closed Airmix damper).
- Lock catch on pull rod.
Check damper position
- Check that Airmix damper shuts at both limit positions.
Install cover on dashboard
