Windshield Washer Reservoir: Service and Repair

Removal:

- Remove washer fluid reservoir filler pipe.
- Remove washer pump and level sensor connectors.
- Remove washer fluid reservoir screws.
- Remove the reservoir itself.
- Remove hoses.
- Remove level sensor (lift upwards).
- Remove washer fluid pump (lift upwards).

Installation:

- Install washer fluid pump, push carefully into place.
- Install level sensor, push carefully into place.
- Install hoses.
- Install washer fluid reservoir.
- Install reservoir screws.

NOTE: Dip pump intake pipe in water or soap solution before installing pump to avoid pushing rubber gasket down.

- Install filler pipe to washer fluid reservoir.
- Fill reservoir and check that pump, level sensor and filler pipe fit tightly to reservoir.
