Miscellaneous: This Service Bulletin replaces the earlier Service Bulletin 83-824 of March 97, which should be discarded.

83-0008; Modifying door inner panel when replacing; 98/02

Background:

Door inner panels for S70/V70 models should be used for 850. S70/V70s inner panels do not have holes for panel clips, and holes made for door openers must be sealed in order to suit 850.

For cars with manual door mirrors, holes must be drilled for bracket. The position of the holes is marked with punch mark.

The Service Bulletin describes which holes should be drilled, filed or sealed.

Tool:

Drill bit 3 mm (1/8")
