Windshield Washer Spray Nozzle: Testing and Inspection

Pressure Valve:

If a washer jet is leaking fluid, check pressure valve before replacing jet (see Image).

Removal:
- Remove sound insulation from hood.
- Undo hoses from pressure valve.
- Blow pressure valve clean and check that it is not blocked.

Installation:
- Install pressure valve.
- Install hood sound insulation.
- See if jet still leaks fluid. If it does, replace pressure valve.
