VVV. Brake pedal, replacement of bushes

VVVA. Brake pedal, replacing bushings

Removal






- Remove sound insulation.
- In cars with SRS, remove knee-guard.
- Disconnect brake pedal from support bracket by removing locking spring.
- Remove locking washer, bushings and brake pedal.

[VVVA2]

Installing

- Grease new bushings with grease 116 1241-3.
- Install new bushings.
- Install brake pedal and a new locking washer.
- Connect brake pedal to support bracket by locking spring.
- In cars with SRS, install knee-guard, tighten to 20 Nm (15 ft lbs).
- Install sound insulation.
