Condition




- The combined instrument panel registers a vehicle speed signal (input signal) which exceeds 2000 Hz, which corresponds to approximately 280 kph.

Possible source
- Loose connections in signal cable/connectors.
- Signal cable insulation damaged.
- The signal cable is too close to a source of interference.
- High contact resistance.

Fault symptom[s]
- Speedometer reading too small or maximum reading.
