PA. 1-1-4 Safety Disengagement

Response code information
Code 1-1-4 is posted in the event of a safety disengagement. Safety disengagements do not necessarily imply a problem with the system. They occur when it is inappropriate for the cruise control to remain engaged because of abnormal changes in speed:

Rapid acceleration (wheel spin).
Rapid deceleration (locking of wheels after wheel spin).
Wheel speed lower than 75% of programmed speed, for example when driving up steep inclines, where the engine is not capable of maintaining a constant speed.

If the code is posted without the occurrence of one of the above conditions:
Fault trace according to NA. Response code 1-1-2 Vehicle speed signal incorrect.
