Diagnostic trouble code (DTC) EFI-533 is stored if the engine control module (ECM) registers a short-circuit in terminal #B19.

Substitute value
- the ignition discharge module (IDM) is disabled until the fault has disappeared

Possible source
- short-circuit to supply voltage or ground in terminal #B19
- defective control module.
