Radiator Cooling Fan Motor: Service and Repair

1. Remove engine coolant fan:
- Remove battery negative lead.
- Remove four screws holding fan shroud.
- Hold up shroud, pull up relay holder and disconnect fan connectors.
- Remove control module and air cleaner (ACL) air ducts.
- Remove fan and shroud.





2. Remove the old engine coolant fan and install new fan:
- Undo four screws and remove engine coolant fan from shroud.
- Install and tighten new engine coolant fan.





3. Reinstall engine coolant fan and shroud
- Install relay holder, relays, connect connectors.
- Install air intakes.
- Tighten fan shroud to radiator.
- Install control module and ACL air ducts.
- Install battery negative lead.
