Condition




- No diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs) stored.
- Starter motor is working.
- Timing belt intact.
- The fault is permanent.

Possible source
- Open-circuit in power ground cable, signal ground cable, signal cable or power cable.
- Short-circuit to ground or supply voltage in signal cable.
- Damaged or loose intake hoses between mass air flow (MAF) sensor and throttle body (TB).
- Contact resistance in terminals.
- Defective mass air flow (MAF) sensor.
