Checking Signal From The Transmission Control Module (TCM)
Checking signal from the transmission control module (TCM)
Checking signal from AW 50-42
- Start the engine and idle it.
- Disconnect the Volvo Scan Tool (ST) from the VIDA station and use it in stand-alone mode.
- Move the gear selector to position N and note the gear position displayed by the Volvo Scan Tool (ST).
- Move the gear selector to position D and note the gear position displayed by the Volvo Scan Tool (ST).
Compare the values in the table to continue fault-tracing.
- Connect the Volvo Scan Tool (ST) to the VIDA station before continuing fault-tracing.
